Elbow dysplasia is a major welfare issue for medium and large-breed dogs, including Labrador Retrievers, Rottweilers and Mastiffs. It is common to see older dogs with chronic lameness and bilateral pain and stiffness of the elbow, and managing the condition is challenging.
